How to Apply :
Option 01
Download the application (can be downloaded from the given link) and pay Rs. 10,000/= of course fees to the Bank of Ceylon, Account No.7417821 (Bank paying slip can be downloaded from the given link). Dully filled application and paid bank deposit slip should be sent via registered post to the following address:
“Assistant Director, Colombo Regional Center (CRC), The Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala Nugegoda”.
You should further email soft copies of above bank slip and application to theshortcoursescrc@gmail.com
Option 02
Application & Bank paying slip can be obtained from the office in the Colombo Regional Centre. Kindly return the filled application & Bank paying slip (university copy) to the office of the Colombo Regional Centre. (Open on Weekdays and Saturdays)
